My name is Jim.


I’m a self-taught home baker with many food intolerances, sensitivities, and allergies who also LOVES delicious baked goods. 

Being underwhelmed by the range of commercial baked good options I decided to get serious about improving my skills, knowledge and understanding of what makes baked goods not only safe, but delicious,  through "bending" recipes to accommodate alternative ingredients. 

That's how Bendy Baker was born.
