I'm Jim
Home Baker, Passionate Eater, Playful and Curious About Food
My name is Jim.
There are many great gluten free bakers and recipes out there these days. Home bakers and professionals alike bring fun, high quality and thoughtful recipes to us, ranging from really simple to very complex.
However!
What about people who are allergic to the typical substitute ingredients used in place of gluten, such as psyllium or gums? What about vegans and those with dairy issues? Don’t we all deserve to enjoy our baked goods?
My passions are about using ingredients we know each of us can safely eat AND also deliver what we crave; great taste, appealing texture and that “umami”.
Creating and modifying recipes known to please and pivoting (bending) the ingredients is what I love to do.
