I really take pride in focusing on baking ideas, concepts and recipes then adapting them to gluten free eaters. Sometimes that's difficult, and sometimes it's really easy.

This one was easy. After experimenting with a few recipes, I found it just required swapping in gluten free flour and making minor adjustments to weights to get the right texture.
It's About Flavor!
We get to focus on the excellent flavors here: sourdough, molasses and spices! But who knew how well they'd all play together?
Because it really is all about flavor in this recipe, make sure your sourdough discard, black-strap molasses and spices are all ready to dance!

Yes, please. This recipe is surprisingly easy - and so very delicious. The spice combination gives it a pleasant bite and raises the flavor profile above a typical molasses cookie (which I loved until I met this one!)
